PHILIP & KELVIN LAVERNE "CHAN" 48" COFFEE TABLE

This is the large 48" version of the classic and highly sought after 'Chan' cocktail table by father and son team, Philip and Kelvin LaVerne (New York), produced in the 1960s and signed with the artists names on the top (see photos). Ingeniously designed with international patination and polychromed bronze and pewter, this circular coffee table features an octagonal base beneath a circular top etched with chinoiserie motifs.
