I hereby hold harmless Elite Auctioneers and all their deemed agents against any claims for releasing items to my requested shipper per my directions. All claims for loss or damage must be submitted to the shipping carrier that was responsible for the transportation of the shipment. Elite Auctioneers will assist with the claim process if damages or loss occur. This form releases Elite Auctioneers of any liability from damages or loss incurred during the shipment process.
